My life as a furniture salesman

My name is Jon Hess. I was raised in Berlin and I still live there. I own a general store and I work hard to provide for myself and my family. Not only do I work hard but I play hard too. I enjoy several holidays each year. My favorite places to go is around the French riviera, I love to lie on the beach , looking at the dark blue sea, I make sure I go to hot climates in the winter,I enjoy the Indonesian islands. I also love going to the beer festivals.

I tend to travel to Cologne for the festivals, at least twice a year. I know all the beer cellars, we sit together,around farmhouse tables, in the beer cellars.I am famous amongst the locals for drinking the most in the quickest time. One tragic year, I fell just before I was about to claim victory. I was disqualified. I have never recovered. My main rival won and he has never let me forget it.

After he won the contest,he had to sing the victors song,but he too stumbled on the tricky third verse,there are so many ohs,and ahs, that it is easy to loose ones way. What he did not like was I remembered the verse and sang it for him, the crowd cheered me as I led the final chorus. They cheered so loud that everyone thought I had won.

After work I prepare my self for the next event, in my local bier cellar. They serve a wide variety of sausages, which all help to drink more and faster. These are happy days and my many friends and I spend many a happy hour exchanging stories of our lives.

In the day time my store specializes in German farmhouse tables,they are very popular for relaxing around,with friends and eating sausages,and drinking. We sell matching display cabinets and welsh dressers. These are very popular for displaying our tankards on.
